Two room efficiencey has a living room and a bedroom ,the living room has table and chairs ,futon which can unfold as a double bed and you have a built in kitchen area with stove oven and a full size fridge,the bedroom has 2 double beds and a dresser.occupancy cannot exceed 6 persons.
